Freedom Series
Within a predefined border we live, unaware of its constraints. Oftentimes content but a few. They seek to travel beyond and out to cross over to the undefined. Searching and exploring the limitless space. Opening up the choice for the rest of us to find freedom.
I created this very small series inspired by the migratory birds that cross the seashores of Oman between November and March of every year. As they start to flock in, in the hundreds I would watch them on my walks by the sea and wonder how life would be from their level. Exploring the world in what seems to me as a limitless space. Themes of home, tansitions and freedom surface.
